Guttering plays an important role in your property and should not be overlooked. It needs to be installed correctly to ensure that rain water is directed away from your home and therefore not creating associated issues such as damp.

At Trinity Roofing we are specialists when it comes to supplying and installing good quality uPVC guttering that is:

  • Weather resistant
  • Maintenance free
  • Can withstand extreme temperatures
  • Resistant to insects, birds/bats, acids, alkaline and pollution

Good quality guttering can also compliment the look of your roof and the kerb appeal of your property.

At Trinity Roofing we recommend that you keep an eye on your guttering for any build up of dirt, moss, bird droppings and leaves etc. Maintenance of your guttering is important to allow the water to be able to flow in it. Any blockages in your guttering can cause problems in the future to your roof and your outside walls.

Fascias are long, straight boards that run behind and alongside your guttering and visibly appear along the lower edge of the roof of your property. The fascia is fixed directly to the roof trusses and usually does all the work of supporting the bottom row of tiles and carrying all the guttering. The boards come in different colours and styles and when fitted correctly can complement the look of any home.

Our experienced team can advise you on what types of fascia boards would look best for your property and its surroundings.

All work is guaranteed, we offer free no obligation quotations and also a 14 day cooling off period. Call us to discuss your requirements on 0800 474 8676

The Soffit is tucked away under the fascia board. It is usually the board that you see most of from street level. The soffit can be ventilated to allow the flow of air into the roof area. Alternatively, ventilation can be provided over the top of the fascia board. Without adequate ventilation, condensation will form in the roof void increasing the risk of timber decay.

For repairs and installation of new soffits, call our team today on 0800 474 8676.
